We are a leading a scientific publisher dedicated to the dissemination of high-quality research and scholarly works in various fields of science. 

These Terms and Conditions govern your platform use of ours. By accessing and using our website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. It is important to read and understand these terms before using our platform.

The purpose of Science Park Publisher is to facilitate the dissemination of high-quality, rigorous peer-reviewed scientific research to the scientific community and the public. The content and information provided on our platform are for informational purposes only. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the content, we do not guarantee its completeness or endorse any specific findings or conclusions.

2. Information on the Site

Nothing on the website should be construed as the making of an offer. We have made reasonable efforts to ensure that all information on the website is accurate at the time of inclusion; however, there may be errors in such information for which we apologies but shall have no liability. We cannot guarantee that any information displayed on the website has not been changed or modified through malicious attacks or “hacking”.

6. User Conduct

Authors must use the services in a lawful and respectful manner.

Authors must not upload or distribute any malicious software or content. 

Authors must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble attempt to obtain the website’s source code. Authors must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to scientific research and publishing. Plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, or any other form of academic misconduct is strictly prohibited. Authors  must respect intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, of others.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of copyrighted materials is prohibited. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the information they provide. Misrepresentation, manipulation, or distortion of data or findings is not allowed.

Users should not engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.Unauthorized access, hacking, or any attempt to compromise the security of the platform is strictly prohibited. Users are encouraged to report any suspected violations of these terms and conditions to the platform administrators.

Violation of these user conduct guidelines may result in disciplinary actions, including but not limited to content removal, account suspension, or legal consequences. Science Park Publisher administrators reserve the right to take appropriate action at their discretion. 7. Conditions for submission of articles for peer-reviewed publication

Authors must adhere to the specified format and guidelines provided by the journal or conference for submission. Submitted work must be original and not previously published or under consideration elsewhere. Authors are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for any copyrighted material used in their submission. All co-authors must be acknowledged and their consent obtained before submitting the work.

Any conflicts of interest or funding sources related to the research must be clearly disclosed. All submitted work will undergo a rigorous peer review process to ensure quality and validity.

 The review process is anonymous, with the identities of both the authors and reviewers kept confidential. Reviewers are selected based on their expertise and qualifications in the relevant field.

Reviewers will evaluate the submission based on criteria such as originality, methodology, significance, and clarity. Reviewers may provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement to the authors. The final decision regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection of the submission rests with the editorial board. Reviewers must maintain confidentiality and not disclose any information about the submission or review process. Reviewers should provide an unbiased and objective assessment of the submission. Reviewers should declare any conflicts of interest that may affect their ability to provide an impartial review. Authors must accurately attribute and cite all sources used in their research articles following the established citation format specified by Science Park Publisher or journal. Authors should respond to reviewer comments and suggestions in a timely manner and make necessary revisions. Authors should acknowledge the contributions of all individuals or organizations that have supported the research. Authors should inform the editorial board if they discover any errors or significant omissions in their published work. By submitting their work, authors grant the journal or conference the right to publish and distribute the submission.  Authors retain the copyright to their work and may use it for non-commercial purposes. The journal or conference may require authors to sign a publishing agreement or copyright transfer agreement.

9. Indemnification

Users must respect copyright laws and seek permission when reproducing or using copyrighted content within their research articles. Proper credit and acknowledgment must be given for any third-party content used. Authors must follow copyright and license of Scientific Park Publisher. 

13. Registrations and Passwords

Users may be required to create an account with Science Park Publisher by providing certain information and choosing a password. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and passwords.

You should check that you have only one profile to avoid any confusion

The registration to Science Park Publisher means that you have read and agree with these conditions of Privacy and copyright, policy and guidelines.

14. Privacy

The users are responsible for keeping up the security of the password by never sharing it to any other person for any reason. So if the user doubt that any one rupture his account he must change his password immediately. Therefore Science Park Publisher is not responsible of any wrong that you made according to your account security.

Article Processing Charges

Publication Fees: Authors may be responsible for paying article processing charges or publication fees that cover the costs associated with manuscript processing, production, and dissemination. These fees, if applicable, will be communicated clearly by the publisher.

• Science Park Publisher covers the costs of journal creation, peer review management, hosting and archiving

• Our individual publication fees are shown below for researchers who are not currently part of an institutional cooperation arrangement

• Publication fees are payable upon article acceptance and vary depending on the journal

• Fees are charged at the applicable rates effective on the submission of your article

• Most OA journals offset publication expenses – including the cost of peer review management, journal production, and online hosting and archiving – by charging a fee for each article published (APC). Our partnerships with institutions and funders aim to simplify the process for authors and reduce the burden of cost

• Waivers must be negotiated with the editorial office because they may be granted at the publisher's discretion

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement Science Park Publisher shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its principles concerning conflicts of laws. Any dispute between you and Science Park Publisher shall be resolved through discussion and negotiation. Any dispute not resolved between parties include the company shall be affected by exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Czech Republic.
